Terms of Service

4-7 day turnaround on most projects

Our exceptional “just in time” 4-7 day turnaround creates a small window of opportunity to get all the details accurate in order to ship your project on time to the correct location. We have found that the omission of some basic information will cause your order to be delayed. In an effort to mitigate this risk and provide you with excellent customer service we have provided the following Terms of Service.

What we need on day one

  1. PO# or Project Name
  2. Accurate ship to address(es)
  3. Payment

Rush services available

Rush services are available with pre-approval.

  1. Ship same day – add 100% to invoice (excluding shipping).
  2. Ship day 2 – add 75% to invoice (excluding shipping).
  3. Ship day 3 – add 50% to invoice (excluding shipping).

We ship UPS not FEDEX

At this time we only ship UPS not FedEx. However, if you require FedEx we can supply you with package(s) weight and dimensions and you supply the labels.

UPS insurance options

Using your UPS account number or your clients UPS number

Please provide us with your UPS account number along with the address the account is registered with UPS and a contact name and phone number.

Payment due before job starts

Payment is required before we start working on your project.

Packing Slips

We do not provide “blind” packing lists. If it is required, you must supply.

Blind shipping

When shipping to your client we always ship “blind” with your information in the Ship From

Product storage

We provide “just in time” services to our clients. We do not have space to warehouse your product. At the end of production, it must ship to your client as originally intended or ship back to you. Please do not ship your product to us too early.

We do not offer terms. We must receive payment before your order is shipped.
