Most projects require the following charges:

Machine Setup – $40.00 each time an order is placed including repeat orders (this fee is waived for 1,000 pcs or more).

Unpack and repack – (total for both) – $.70 each and up – special situations subject to up charge.

Engraving Fee – from the table above.

Other projects may require:

Pre-production samples – $50.00 minimum (non-refundable)

Fixture/Jig – Starting at $50.00 (one time charge) – <em>This fee is only applicable if a special fixture is required to hold your item.</em>

Artwork – $80.00 per hour (if required)

Personalization supplied electronically – N/C – <em>If not supplied electronically as needed add $1.00 per line.</em>

Label – each personalized item – $.50 each

Oxidize – Darken engraved area on brass items starting at $1.00 each

Black Leather – Darken Engraved area – add $1.00 each

Laser Etch on Glass – add $2.00 each

Remove label in engraving area – starting at $.50 each

Drop Shipping to Multiple Address – $10.00 per additional address (one included)

Payment Options – Pre pay by check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express or bank transfer.

Terms – Payment must be received before completed orders ship.

Artwork – We prefer .eps vector art with no hidden lines or stacked images. We can also work with these formats – .pdf .ai .cdr. If you are sending raster artwork send .jpg .bmp or .tif file

Lead Time

Standard Production for most items is 3 Full days and shipping out on the 4th day. Production does not begin until we have the following: Items to be engraved, purchase order including ship to address, proof approval and payment. For more info see Terms of Service.

Rush Charges (Rush jobs accepted with pre approval only)

Ship Same Day – add 100% to invoice total (excluding shipping)
Ship Day 2 – add 75% to invoice total (excluding shipping)
Ship Day 3 – add 50% to invoice total (excluding shipping) Normal production for most orders ship in just 4 business days.

Our scrap rate is very low but we consider anything at or below 2 pieces or 2% (whichever is greater) your responsibility.
Extra pieces should be sent for setting up your project. Depending on the item and job requirements, a small number of items may be scrapped during setup.
