The below prices are for most items, however we recommend that you contact us to get a quote on your specific project. Pricing can vary based on the material and/or packaging.
Most projects require:
Machine Setup - $40.00 each time an order is placed including repeat orders (this fee is waived for 1,000 pcs or more)
Unpack and repack - (total for both) - $.35 each and up - iPods and blisterpacked items $.70 each - special situations subject to upcharge.
Engraving Fee - from the chart below.
Other projects may require:
Pre-production samples - $45.00 minimum
Fixture/Jig - Starting at $30.00 (one time charge) - If a special fixture is required to hold your item.
Artwork - $60.00 per hour (if required)
Personalization supplied electronically - N/C - If not supplied electronically as needed add $.50 per line
Oxidize - Darken engraved area on brass items starting at $.60 each
Black Leather Darken Engraved area - add $.50 each
Laser Etch on Glass - add $1.00 each
Remove label in engraving area - starting at $.50 each
For the first 1.5 square inches of laser engraving on your items - one location.

Turnaround* - Normal turnaround time is 3 full business days of production after artwork has been approved. Most orders will ship on day 4. (Large orders may require extra production time.)
Orders and materials must be received before 10.30 am EST or they will be considered received on the next business day.
Rush Charges (Rush jobs accepted with pre approval only)
Ship Same Day - add 100% to invoice total (excluding shipping)
Ship Day 2 - add 75% to invoice total (excluding shipping)
Ship Day 3 - add 50% to invoice total (excluding shipping)
Normal production ships in just 4 business days.
Payment options - Pre pay by Check, Visa, Mastercard
Terms - Payment must be received before completed orders are shipped.
Artwork - We accept electronic art in the following formats: [.cdr, .eps, .ai 10.0, .bmp, .tif] All vector files must have no hidden lines or stacked images. Vector files such as .eps, .cdr or .ai will produce a crisper image than pixel or .bmp and .tif images.
Setup pieces - Extra pieces should be sent for setting up your project. Depending on the item and job requirements a small number of items may be scrapped during setup. Our scrap-rate is very low but we consider anything at or below 2 pieces or 2% (whichever is greater) your responsibility.
Production Time for this product is 3 days.
